About Ken

My print career began in 1980. I’ve been with Spartan 18 of them. I was a film stripper for 23 years. I went back to school and received my Graphics Communication degree as an operator doing digital layout & design. New technology and input from customers helps to keep me current on the progress of our industry. I enjoy the challenge. There is something to be learned from each job. I enjoy helping our customers get a premium product. If Spartan cannot do it, we are plugged into the trade stream, we’ll tell you where to go to get it - we are here to help! 

I am an amateur blacksmith. I enjoy forging, knife making, casting and fabrication out in the shop and cooking good food on the grill.
